Crystal's goal is to create a safe environment where clients are free to work through the obstacles they face. She encourages and challenges clients toward holistic growth, looking at the physical, psychological, relational, and spiritual aspects of life. Crystal is passionate about helping couples enrich their relationships through Christ-centered counseling, by coming alongside individuals as they gain an understanding of their identity in Christ and walking with them through struggles of trauma, grief, anxiety, and strained relationships.
Crystal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and spent 16 years in the banking industry before God prompted her to become a Christian counselor. She completed a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Liberty University and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the state of Indiana. As Clinical Director, she considers it a privilege to encourage and guide counselors in training while combining her accounting background with her calling as a counselor to manage the day-to-day operations of the counseling center.
When she's not counseling, Crystal enjoys purposeful, devoted time with her family and with the Lord to keep her heart full, and it to build strong bonds in the relationships she holds close. She also enjoys playing games and watching movies with her three sons, reading and studying God’s Word, and date night with her husband.
