In-Person Gatherings Relaunch: Sunday, August 2nd at 9:15 am & 10:45 am Read More

At E91, we have many different ways for adults to get connected. God wants us to grow in knowing and walking with him. Our hope is that through our adult ministries you can develop meaningful relationships and receive the resources you might need to take your next steps in your relationship with Jesus.

E91 Men

Through this community, we see changed lives as men engage in the relationship with one another.  We are encouraged by the stories of men taking next steps and growing in their relationship with God and engagement in the mission. Through this community, men are being equipped and mobilized to make disciples and multiply their lives.

Ways to get connected in Men's Community

There are many ways to get connected with other men at E91. We have several groups of men that meet throughout the year on a weekly basis for encouragement, accountability, and Bible study.

Men's Community has events and group Bible Studies at various times throughout the year.

E91 Women

We embrace women of all stages of life and faith and focus on helping women take their next step with Jesus by encouraging a closer relationship with God and each other. We long for each woman at E91 to live a life filled with true joy, peace, and sustained hope through Christ.

Throughout the year we provide unique offerings to reach all women through special events, Bible study, fellowship, and service opportunities.

Senior AdultS

Our society would have us believe that there is a specific age to retire--perhaps even from evangelism, discipleship, and serving.  But Psalm 71:17-18 reminds us that we are to use our entire lifetime to share the Good News and disciple new believers. Our Senior Adult ministry equips and encourages believers to fulfill this scripture, to connect in community and to serve. People often ask "am I a senior adult?" or "am I old enough for this ministry?"  We don't define "old" in Senior Adult Ministry. We welcome people 65 and older to participate but we allow you to define how you see yourself and with what ministries you connect.

Senior Adult ministry has a variety of opportunities for growth, fellowship, and service--from Bible studies to pitch-ins to visitation ministry.

Life Groups

God did not design us to follow Him in isolation. Being a part of a small group community plays a significant role in our growth as followers of Jesus. God wants to change us. He wants to make us more like himself.  And God uses community to transform us.

Life Groups meet throughout the city and vary in size and stage of life. There are groups that are multi-generational, and some that are primarily made up of young adults. Life Groups meet regularly (either weekly or bi-weekly) for a few hours on a designated night. Life Groups focus on community, Bible study and serving together.

marriage ministry

In our culture, marriage seems to be about being “happy”, but the Bible teaches that marriage should be about being “holy”. We believe building God-honoring marriages will directly and positively impact families, the church, and our community for His Kingdom. The mission of the E91 Marriage Ministry is to build, strengthen, and revitalize marriages by growing individuals and couples in their relationship with Jesus Christ and each other.

We encourage couples of all ages and stages to participate in the E91 Marriage Ministry – from pre-engagement to forty+ year marriages. We believe that investing in your marriage can be the #1 way to improve the climate of your home and family. Don't let your marriage reach the “crisis” stage before you purposefully invest in your relationship.

4 Areas of Marriage Support

  • E91 Marriage Enrichment Classes: This is a series of 4-6 week, biblically based marriage classes, and occasional weekend retreats or conferences. Classes address a variety of different relationship topics and rotate between Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights and Sunday nights throughout the year.
  • Biblical Marriage Resources for ABFs and Small Groups: Some of our most impacting biblical marriage teachings have been packaged as 4- or 6-week topics for Life Groups, small groups, and ABFs.
  • Engaged Couples Class: This class will be offered multiple times per year and is suitable for pre-engaged and engaged couples. This format brings 6-10 pre-married couples together as they prepare for marriage. Facilitated by several of our leadership couples, we see this as a great way to begin a discipleship relationship with these couples as we prepare them for marriage, and hope to connect them with each other and, potentially, Marriage Mentors after the class. This class fulfills one of the requirements for getting married at E91.
  • E91 Marriage Mentoring: This is a marriage education and support strategy that pairs an experienced married couple alongside another couple to help them navigate through the ups and downs of their relationship. Marriage Mentoring is great for newly married couples or couples desiring to make a good marriage even stronger. Mentor Training classes take place multiple times each year.

If couples are not intentionally moving toward oneness, both spiritually and emotionally, their marriage will naturally drift toward isolation.  Do something purposeful to invest in your marriage today! Or consider becoming a mentor couple and help invest in another couple in our church family.
