Adult Bible Fellowships

E91 Adult Bible Fellowships are designed to encourage your spiritual growth. Each class is built around Bible study, fellowship, service, and prayer. We would love for you to join us and try out some groups to take your next steps with God!

Classes meet on Sunday mornings unless otherwise noted.

The Well

Mixed Community, 8:45am Sundays in the Sun Room (2nd Floor)

Looking to take a first or another step into community at E91? Connect with us for a class called The Well. This class of adults of all ages meets from 8:45 to 9:45 on Sunday Mornings in the Sun room to dig deeper into the sermon series.  This class is named after the story of Jesus' encounter with the woman at the well in John 4. The design of The Well is to equip each of us to take next steps with Jesus, regardless of our starting point. If one of your next steps is to develop relationships with others at E91, join us!  Families in Service to Him (FISH) is an Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF) of East 91st Street Christian Church that meets weekly to study God's word, fellowship, and prayer. We are a mixed group of families and singles with ages ranging from 30's to mid 60's.

We strive to build each other up in a biblical way while working together to serve God, each other, and those in our community. Our study format is grounded in scripture including specific books of the Bible and topical studies.

Diakonos is Greek for "servant." We encourage all of our members to serve the class or church in some capacity, and to be involved in ministry in general. On Sunday mornings, we study various books of the Bible and devote time to praying for the needs and concerns of our class members. Small group membership is encouraged. Social activities are held throughout the year to help develop closer relationships.
