Your Initial Appointment
Counselors initially meet with an individual or family* to obtain an understanding of their situation and needs, and to identify resources, both within the church and in the community that may be helpful in addressing and resolving their difficulties, and in fostering their spiritual growth. The initial appointment is always a flat fee of $20; cash or check only.
Crucible Counseling will see any person or family for an initial counseling assessment to identify resources and make counseling recommendations. * Note: The Center will only see clients 18 years or older for ongoing counseling sessions. No childcare is available during counseling sessions.

Call 598-1580 or schedule online by clicking the "Book Now" link below. For your initial appointment, please complete all forms and bring them with you. By scheduling an appointment, you are indicating that you have read, understood, and agreed to the conditions listed on our forms.
After Initial Appointment
The assessment counselor will provide you with several different counseling options, which may include a referral to a graduate level intern or resident counselor at Crucible. The cost for these sessions is determined on a sliding fee scale based on household income. At times, clients may be referred to Christian resources in the community if determined this is most beneficial.
Park in Lots A or B and enter through Main Entrance. Take the elevator, located near the women's restroom, to the second floor. Exit elevator and turn right to Suite 249/Crucible Counseling Center.
