Young Adults
Worship
The Rising
• Thursdays, 7:00 p.m. The Hall (125)
• Dinner available at 6:30 p.m. ($3)
Come enjoy this worship gathering for young adults with a new fall schedule (Every Thursday!). We desire to express hearts of love, adoration and praise to Jesus. While recognizing that true worship encompasses every aspect of our lives, we seek to creatively provide venues, particularly through music and the arts, to express love for Jesus. We also recognize the need to know God more intimately, so we seek to creatively study the Word of God together and challenge each other to know God and make Him known in our community.
Adult Bible Fellowships (ABFs)
Experience the E91 community in a smaller setting than Sunday morning worship. Explore biblical truth, share prayer needs, and develop relationships with others who will encourage you. We have a few Young Adult ABF options:
COR 13
• Sundays, 9:15 a.m., Sun Room (212)
COR 13 is a group of young adult couples committed to growing in Christ together through biblical teaching, Christian community, and service to others. Made up of married/engaged/dating couples, mostly in their 20s and 30s, the group’s name is based on the love exemplified in 1 Corinthians 13. We look forward to getting to know you! For more information, contact Brian and Stacy Peters at purduepete97@yahoo.com.
Crossroads
• Sundays, 10:45 a.m., The Loft (214)
Crossroads is for college-age adults and those in their twenties up to age 35. Our mission is to encourage people to understand their faith more deeply within a community of people their age. Finding friends who encourage you along your journey is an essential part of that. We study the Bible, pray, serve and have fun social events! Please join us anytime. Click here to learn more...
Selah Singles
• Sundays, 9:15 a.m., Choir Room (000)
Selah, which means to pause and reflect or to raise the voice, is a place where Christian brothers and sisters can strengthen their faith and support one another. If you are single and looking for a way to connect at E91, join us on Sunday mornings.
Missional Community
Being a follower of Christ is a journey of authentic struggle and joy, or pain and suffering, and of healing and hope. We are called to be ourselves, in the reality of our frailty and brokenness, yet dwelling in the eternal love of God. Along the way we are called to befriend and walk alongside others, inviting them to know and experience the powerful love of God. We want our community of young adults to always have their eyes and hands open to help meet the needs of the people around us. We want to connect you with some of our community partnerships, such as Crisis Pregnancy Center, Rebuilding The Wall, Jireh Sports, and Shepherd Community, are our pathways as people of God sent to Indianapolis and beyond. Contact Michelle Shewan at (317) 849-1261 x2400 for information.
