Adult Bible Fellowships

E91 Adult Bible Fellowships are designed to encourage your spiritual growth. Each class is built around Bible study, fellowship, service and prayer. Explore several before deciding on a class that is a good match for your. Classes meet on Sunday mornings, unless otherwise noted.

    • Cornerstone Mixed Community/Young Married, Rm 249
      • Cornerstone individuals discuss biblical principles and personal experiences that will lead to Spiritual growth. Our teachers guide us with an emphasis placed on deeper understanding of these principles. Our studies teach us how to apply God's Word to our daily lives. Contact Chris Lane at

    • Married for Keeps Couples, Sun Room (212)
      • Married for Keeps is dedicated to building Christ-centered, biblically-based marriages. It is a place for dating, engaged and married couples of all ages to connect and grow, alongside other couples. We strive to form community both in and out of class.     • Under His Wings (1st and 3rd Sundays) Special Needs, Friendship Room (115)
      • This Bible class is for college age individuals and adults with special needs. It is an opportunity to come together in fellowship and learn about God through adapted curriculum. 

        Meets the first and third Sunday of each month. On the fourth Sunday of the month, we attend our main church services. We hope you’ll join us.

    • Selah Singles Choir Room (000)
      • Selah, which means "to pause and reflect" is a class where single adults of any age can strengthen their faith in Christ through Bible study, discuss relevant issues from a Christian perspective, and support each other through prayer. In addition, there are two LIFE Groups associated with this class that meet during the week. LIFE Groups (home groups) provide the opportunity to build deeper relationships and experience meaningful Christian community. For more information contact: Peggy Parker at .

    • Summit Couples September through May, Sun Room (212)
      • The Summit class is comprised of old and new friends who love great fellowship and weekly Bible study. This class is a gathering of couples (mostly) who share with and learn from each other. Some of us are younger adults; others have been around the block a few times. We are parents with young children, empty-nesters having a blast as new grandparents, and those in between. We are focusing on the theme of “Covenant and Kingdom” for the next few months, diving deeper into what it means to be in a covenant relationship with God, so we can live out our kingdom responsibilities and share Him with others.     • FISH Mixed Community, Room 032
      • FISH builds up and supports the family in a biblical way while working together to serve God, each other, others in our community and around the world. We study topics ranging from marital/family issues to specific books of the Bible to topical studies.     • Open Door Mixed Community, Room 029
      • Open Door is a group of married and single members who study topical and scriptural lessons. Our studies center around a book of the Bible, movie or a teaching text. We often meet outside of class and many of our members are active in other areas of the church such as choir, serve teams, and men's/women's groups.     • Step by Step Mixed Community, Great Room (249)
      • Step by Step is an eclectic collection of people. We have high school students to 80 year olds, and almost every variation in between. We have both married and single. The class is a community that studies a book of the Bible through a series of weekly readings. The Sunday morning gathering is a discussion of those readings.     • Logos 40's to 60's, Room 034
      • Logos Class is a class for a wide range of ages, both married and single. We have regularly scheduled social events that build lasting friendships and encourage new members. We look for ways to be of service to the community and the church. We provide support for a variety of missions. Contact: or or 823-6514.

    • Diakonos 50's and up, Room 030
      • Diakonos is Greek for "servant." We encourage all of our members to serve the class or church in some capacity, and to be involved in ministry in general. On Sunday mornings, we study various books of the Bible and devote time to praying for the needs and concerns of our class members. Small group membership is encouraged.     • Faith 50's and up, Conference Room (210)
      • Faith Class is a discussion-oriented class allowing questions and comments as we learn from the International Standard Curriculum (International Sunday School Lessons).     • Kuriakos 50's and up, Room 033
      • Kuriakos studies the Bible in depth, emphasizing the relevance of scripture to our lives today. Our goal is to learn to apply scriptural teaching to carry out our Lord's commandment to love God and to love our neighbors.     • Theophilus 60's and up, Room 108
      • Theophilus is a Greek term that means "friend of God." Join us for an expository study of the Bible each weekend. We have lively class discussion and enjoy studying God's word together.     • Outreach 60's and up, Friendship Room (115)
      • Outreach is a group of senior aged individuals (60-85) who study different books of the bible. We are currently studying the book of Titus and plan to go through 1,2,3 John. The class loves to participate in group discussions and has many group gatherings during the year. Contact Jessie Thomas at .

    • Reachout 60's and up, Chapel (116)
      • Reachout is a friendly group of prayerful people engaged in a weekly preplanned study from Christian Standard publishers. The teaching style is traditional, with an emphasis on spiritual application. Each class is concluded with a hymn that echos the theme of the lesson. Contact Oran Hornback at 865-3224.

    • Single Parent Adult Bible Fellowship Room 029
      • Single parent ministry is an important opportunity for single parents to meet for study, discussion and prayer.The class offers biblically-based studies concerning our Christian beliefs and how they relate to our everyday living. Participate in discussions about faith, prayer life, family life, and other relationships. A prayer time emphasizes the importance of intercessory prayer and caring for one another.
