Please complete these five assessments before attending the Spiritual DNA Workshop. Important: Please print out your results and bring them with you.

Before you Attend Spiritual DNA:

1. Pick up a Living Your Strengths book & assessment from the Resource Room in the Connecting Place, open Sunday mornings from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. or at the Information Center from 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Cost for the book is $15.

• Complete the online assessment listed in the book. There is a one-time use code in the book to use online. Since the code only works one time, you will need to finish the assessment in one sitting.
• You do not need to read the entire book. Read Chapters 1-3 and the first few pages of Chapter 4, as well as your top 5 themes as found from your assessment. They are listed after Chapter 4 in alphabetical order.

2. Complete the free APEST/Fivefold Ministry Assessment

3. Complete the free Spiritual Gifts Survey/Assessment
Click here to take the Gifts Survey at LifeQuest Online. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one. This will allow your survey results to be saved for you.

4. Complete the free Sacred Pathways Survey/Assessment
Click here to take the Pathways Survey at LifeQuest Online. (Again, you will be prompted to make/use a login on the website so it will save your results for you.)

5. Complete the free Jung Typology Test™
Click here to complete this short form based on the Myers-Briggs
